DJC Plumbing & Heating Services prides its self on our service to all our customers, old and new. By giving the customer a high standard of workmanship and service no matter how big or small the job.

We are a reliable company that turns up on time, and is honest to our customers and will only give professional advice and value for money.

We will only ever send round ONLY Qualified Tradesmen so that you get the best advice and service possible, All our plumbers are City & Guilds qualified and our Gas Engineers are on the Gas Safe Register

We aim to always meet our targets and finish jobs on time so that it does not cause any inconvenience to our customers. We do not prolong jobs.

All Plumbing, Heating and Gas jobs are all done on an hourly rate which will be quoted over the phone when you phone up to book an appointment. (Minimum one Hour Charge)

Bigger jobs and all bathroom, boiler and central heating system are done on a price.

Only bathroom, new boiler, central heating systems are free quotes.

All Installations are done under contract that is signed by us and the customer so both parties know what works need to be carried out and the agreed price.

All installations we take a deposit to cover for material, the amount outstanding is paid when the job is completed and to the customer satisfactory

All materials used by DJC Plumbing & Heating are to BS codes (British standard) and comply with building regulations.

All works carried out by DJC Plumbing & Heating comes with a 12 months guarantee on all our installation, and parts covered by manufactures warranty.

All engineers carry there own Personnel public liability insurance.
